I used to love this place because they basically supply every brand and shades of color here. Prices are pretty good compared to other stores but I have noticed that it increased. The reason why I give them a two star is because of their customer service. I have gone to this place plenty to witness their front desk girls to be extremely rude. Not towards me but at others as well. This is probably the fourth time and I had enough. Smack talking to an old lady calling her slow is unacceptable. Asked them simple questions, in return I get annoyed answers and talking to me as if I'm dumb, well hello I ask questions because I dont know. Seriously, I wouldn't go here for their poor customer service, in fact, I'd rather pay full prices at department stores to be treated equally.

I bought a bottle of Essie and a bottle of China Glaze. I question whether it was genuine Essie polish because the colors separate if it's been sitting for a few hours. Even if I shake it and the colors mix back together, after a few hours it separates again! I have other bottles of Essie that I purchased from Target that NEVER separate no matter how long they are sitting around. Maybe it's a really old bottle or fake? The China Glaze is fine.

Also to respond to Sharlene T.: I am not making a joke to hurt your business. I'm just providing other customers with an honest review of my personal experience. Please use better grammar and don't accuse your customers of not understanding things. You own a business. Act professional. Before today, I had yet to buy any of the more "reputable" brands of nail polish because I had always found them to be far too expensive, but THIS store is now my go-to for nail supplies. They had a wide range of colors to choose from and so many different brands. The store is organized well and I didn't feel that I was being watched at all. I ended up with two bottles of Essie, one O.P.I. and the Seche Vite top coat; all for under $20. Even my boyfriend said he was surprised at the cheap price! Overall I love this place, it's straightforward and extremely price friendly. Plus they gave me a box to put all polishes in! Which is a plus, and they have a lot of cute doodles around reminding customers to not steal, haha.
