Mia is the first professional person to make my manicure experience a positive one all around. RESULT, RESULT, RESULT! She doesn't rush, knows what she's doing, and is just real and rad. Unique styles btw, trust Mia!! I was lucky enough to be the canvas to Mia's amazing artistic touch. I love the vibe of her super cute modern studio located in the heart of the mission. Her services are on another level. I love that Mia allows you to collab on design idea's as she makes them come to life. Mia takes her time to make sure your happy with every detail. I also got a spray tan which was super natural and gave me the perfect sun kissed glow.

Not only did I leave feeling like a new lady, I left with mini little works of art. Mia is rad and very welcoming (offering me a drink, putting on a great MIA Pandora station), and her space is warm and neat. I didn't have the clearest idea of what I wanted when I made the appointment- I'd seen some of her photos on Instagram and Twitter- and just explained that I wanted something graphic, with a mix-and-match of different designs- and she knew exactly what to do. She's an amazing artist and a real professional. I am definitely coming back!

The nail artist that usually does my nails was not taking appointments for September due to personal situations. So to go to someone new for the services I'm use to was extremely scary for me. I came across Sparkle SF because Mia happens to follow one of my friends on Instagram and her screen name caught my eye. I clicked on her Instagram because I thought it was just nail art ideas but lucky for me, I saw that she runs her own nail art business. She also included her website. As I went thru her website, I saw that she did similar work to my own nail artist and booked immediately! When I go to my appointment Mia was very friendly, patient and understanding to my questions. I'm not sure if she could sense my nervousness but that went away instantly. My experience was extremely positive and I booked my next appointment within hours. I love the one on one attention I get from my usual artist as well as I received with Mia. There's no rushing and there's none of that horrible nail salon smells you get from those other places! The atmosphere of her studio is charming and relaxing and I would highly recommend Mia!
