I call and ask to make an appointment. They tell me to come anytime or even now. I am happy to oblige. I've been here several times for waxing. There is no wait, it is quick, close, and affordable. The staff is very friendly, and they remember clients. Lately it has been Tina who has helped me, and she is very thorough. If you have high expectations, don't come here. You are better off paying a lot more in a place that takes a month to get a reservation.

So came in here yesterday afternoon and everyone was busy...the guy told me to sit but didn't tell me they were at full capacity so I waited...and waited. Then the guy came over to give me a manicure and the water was cold! What is with this trend? I don't like it! And these when he cut my cuticles, it hurt. No bleeding though, but I feel like that's the minimum. Also, when he filed, it was uneven. All his gestures were very quick; he wasn't meticulous at all. Then, some other woman comes in who is obviously a regular and he ditches me to go over to do her pedicure. WTF?! Not that he was amazing, but this also happened at Retreat Nails (update to come) and it pisses me off. I hate being shuffled around for no good reason.

The new girl, Anna, was pretty good and detailed with the french...but then another person came in so she TOTALLY sped through the rest of my polish. Even I know better than to use globs of top coating but I guess she was in too much of a hurry trying to rush me out because now I have huge bubbles that have turned into chipped polish...and it hasn't even been 24 hours. Seriously?! Bubbling and chipped for 15 bucks excluding tip?! I think not. Also, nail polish selection pretty crappy.
